Project Overview

The SLE Croydon project at Commerce Park, Croydon, involved the complete refurbishment of three existing industrial units. One unit was to be transformed into a proposed Research & Development building, with the other two units to become the combined new Headquarters & Manufacturing building.

SPL was contracted to complete the full electrical package for these works, including initial strip-out & enabling works, and new installations for LV distribution, primary & secondary CMS, small power and lighting and earthing & bonding.
