Project Spotlight: Office Fit-Out

Earlier this year, we successfully completed a multi-level office fit-out, delivering full strip-out, desk power, modular lighting, AV/IT containment, and DB terminations, alongside complex riser and rooftop works.

Highlights:

- Level 6: Office fit-out including desk power, lighting, AV/IT containment, and DB terminations.

- Basement & Risers: Data/security trunking, UPS wiring, and complex riser works in active areas.

- Roof: LV containment, condenser supplies, and external DB installs, all managed around challenging weather conditions.

⚠️ Challenges overcome: limited ceiling voids, restricted access in occupied areas, tight working hours, and design conflicts - all solved through collaboration, proactive planning, and precise execution.
