Major Milestone at 30 Duke Street!

We were pleased to see this fantastic milestone shared by our client at 30 Duke Street, St James’s.
The team has successfully transitioned from temporary power to permanent power via the new UKPN substation, a significant technical achievement delivered just four months after demolition of the existing buildings.
As highlighted in their update, this milestone was made possible by strategic sequencing during the 2024 PCSA phase, enabling the substation to be constructed ahead of the basement and main frame. That early engineering decision is now delivering clear programme benefits and helping to maintain strong momentum on site.
We’re proud to have supported this stage of the works and to be part of a collaborative team delivering complex infrastructure safely and efficiently.
