Project Overview
21 Moorfields is a 17-storey office development situated directly above Moorgate Underground Station in London. The project involves constructing a steel frame spanning 60 meters across the station to support the building above, allowing the station to remain fully operational during construction. The building has been pre-let to Deutsche Bank for their new London headquarters.
SPL were engaged to supply & install electrical systems throughout the building over two separate packages of the shell & core phase, as well as taking on various additional works;

Package 1 - Primary containment, small power & lighting from Levels 03 to 15 Mezzanine, across Cores 1 - 6.

Package 2 - External lighting & power in the East & West Atrium’s, East Elevation, Terraces Levels 09 to 14 &
the Highwalk. -

Additional primary & secondary CMS for specialist services such as security systems.

Additional power supplies, associated cabling & containment throughout the building.
