Project Overview
Project Floyd involved the redevelopment of the iconic Grade II listed Battersea Power Station to serve as Apple's new UK headquarters. The fit-out encompassed approximately 500,000 square feet across six floors within the former boiler house, designed to foster collaboration and employee wellness. The workspace features a large glass-roofed atrium lined with trees, interconnected floors via bridges, and brick-lined balconies.
SPL was contracted to install various electrical systems on the top floor, Level 10, including the following;

LV distribution, including mounting of new distribution boards.

Primary and secondary CMS throughout the floorplate for electrical and specialist systems.

High & low level small power, including hardwired & modular systems and both dedicated
and general power supplies. -
Normal & emergency lighting throughout, including a Central Battery System.

Power & lighting within the Atrium.
